Head of Delivery - Google Ads (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

People Morphy is supporting a client in hiring a Head of Delivery to build and lead the delivery function of a growing US-based paid-media agency. You will report directly to the owner and take responsibility for delivery quality, starting by learning the existing accounts and setting up quality-control and onboarding processes, then leading a team of Google Ads strategists. The role is remote in Pakistan, with working hours in US Central Time.

Key responsibilities

• Set standards for how Google Ads accounts are structured, managed, reviewed and reported, and write SOPs, checklists and quality-control processes.
• Audit existing accounts, introduce a pre-client review process and ensure standards are followed consistently.
• Lead a team of about 3-5 strategists initially, growing toward 10, and recruit, onboard, train and develop them.
• Maintain hands-on Google Ads knowledge, audit accounts, challenge technical decisions and set up processes to prevent recurring performance issues.
• Manage team capacity, account allocation and workload, and build a capacity model and onboarding path for new hires.
• Own delivery-related client escalations, communicate risks and decisions to the owner, and resolve issues through team accountability.

Required profile

• 8+ years in paid media, with at least 2-3 years leading a delivery or account-management team in an agency.
• Experience leading multiple strategists or account managers and maintaining quality across their work.
• Proven experience building SOPs, quality-control processes or onboarding systems, and hiring, training and managing people.
• Strong spoken English and experience working with US clients.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote-work setup.

Required skills

• Strong, current, hands-on Google Ads knowledge.
• Ability to combine technical judgement with people leadership.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of PKR 400,000-800,000 depending on experience and fit.
• Full-time remote position; contract terms to be confirmed.
