Head of Business Operations

About the role

The Head of Business Operations will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure smooth coordination across all functions. This role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, drives cross‑functional initiatives and acts as the central hub between business, product, delivery and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination point between leadership, business, product, and delivery teams.
• Translate business and leadership priorities into clear actions, timelines and ownership.
• Track projects, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and risks, and report status to leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to ensure seamless execution.
• Bridge communication between clients/business stakeholders and internal teams when required.
• Organise meetings, follow‑ups, action items and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks and communication issues and drive their resolution.
• Provide regular updates on initiatives, priorities and risks to the CEO and leadership.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives and improve internal processes and workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project or Program Management, Consulting or a similar role.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and technical teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience in a technology/software environment is preferred.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
