About the role
Sindh Bank Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Credit and Climate Risk Analytics unit within the Risk Management Division. The role involves overseeing credit risk models, portfolio monitoring, and assessing climate‑related financial risks across the bank’s credit portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development and validation of credit rating models, segmentation analysis, and analytical tools.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive credit, environmental and social risk MIS reports and regulatory submissions to SBP.
- Monitor portfolio quality, conduct stress testing, scenario analysis and evaluate climate‑related risk impacts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement rating templates, system enhancements and support IFRS‑9 implementation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience in a Risk Management division.
- Graduate degree; preferably MBA in Banking, Finance, Actuarial or Environmental Sciences.
- Age up to 50 years.
