HR & Administration Officer (Lahore)

About the role

The HR & Administration Officer will support Al Tech Prime Group by managing core HR functions and office administration in Lahore. This role ensures compliance with Punjab labour laws and timely payroll processing while maintaining confidential employee records.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee leave, attendance and absence records in line with statutory entitlements.
• Ensure compliance with Punjab labour laws, the Industrial Relations Act, and statutory contributions such as EOBI and PESSI.
• Handle employee relations, including performance management, grievance resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Process payroll inputs based on attendance data and coordinate with finance for timely salary payments.
• Maintain confidential HR files, personnel records and related documentation securely.
• Coordinate office administration tasks, manage supplies and support factory logistics.
• Facilitate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing required documentation.
• Prepare reports on attendance, leaves and disciplinary actions for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Punjab labour legislation and statutory obligations (EOBI, PESSI).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters fairly.
• Effective collaboration with finance and other departments.
• Proven capability to manage office logistics and administrative support.
