Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Product

About the role

Overjet is the world‑leader in dental AI and is looking for a Technical Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for engineering and product teams across the US and overseas. You will be responsible for every step of the process, from cold outreach to signed offer, while shaping the technical bench that powers our AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles at all seniority levels, handling sourcing, screening, and closing without hand‑offs.
• Coordinate interview loops across multiple time zones, managing scheduling and logistics independently.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive, hard‑to‑find technical talent in both US and overseas markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate hiring standards, and provide data‑driven feedback.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience, leaving every candidate with a positive impression of Overjet.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting for technical (engineering, product) positions across global markets.
• Ability to discuss technical trade‑offs confidently and push back on hiring decisions when needed.
• Comfort managing high‑volume searches and juggling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Willingness to work US business hours and handle coordination across a nine‑hour time difference.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ATS, specifically Ashby.
• Experience using Juicebox for candidate outreach (a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
