HR Analyst

About the role

Plutus21 Partners is looking for a proactive HR Analyst to join its fast‑paced team in Karachi. The role focuses on recruitment, day‑to‑day HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee journey.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and champion DEI initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a high degree of integrity.
