HR Associate

About the role

The HR Associate will support the execution of Human Resources initiatives within Nestlé’s Islamabad factory. Working closely with the HR Manager, the role coordinates recruitment, employee engagement, performance and talent processes, and ensures compliance with HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, and documentation.
• Support performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee development processes.
• Partner with line managers and employees to address day‑to‑day HR queries and implement HR policies.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, events, and wellness activities.
• Maintain accurate employee data, HR reports, and organizational records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, Employee Relations) to deliver people initiatives.
• Support health, safety, and wellness programs by coordinating participation and communication.
• Coordinate workplace security and facility‑related activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant HR experience in areas such as employee relations, talent management, HR operations, recruitment, or HR business partnering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle, talent management, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Data‑oriented mindset with ability to prepare reports and analyse HR metrics.
• High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
