SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central & Time Management

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) and Time Management (TM). You will lead configuration, implementation and functional support of HR processes, turning business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Employee Central (org structures, MDF objects, business rules, RBPs, workflows) and Time Management (work schedules, time off, time profiles, time valuation).
• Gather HR requirements, translate them into functional specifications and design streamlined process workflows.
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and external/SAP systems, conduct testing, troubleshoot and provide post‑go‑live functional support.
• Evaluate release updates, resolve system issues and recommend process enhancements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Employee Central data models, MDF objects, business rules and RBPs.
• Understanding of Time Management structures, time recording and valuation.
• Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP or external systems.
