About the role

MS Apparels is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources and basic accounting functions. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll, employee records, and compliance while supporting senior management to improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave information.
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee performance, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations.
• Manage employee attendance through HRMS or attendance systems.
• Assist with daily accounts, salary records, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Prepare HR, payroll, attendance, and management reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
