HR Operations Generalist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to provide remote support for a global technology platform. The contractor will handle user onboarding, account verification, and day‑to‑day inquiries, ensuring smooth experiences across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear English support via chat, email or other channels.
• Guide users through account setup, verification and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts, transactions or technical problems.
• Record interactions, transactions and feedback accurately in the designated system.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
