About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Human Resources Manager to work remotely for a global staffing and recruiting leader. In this role you will support workforce management by handling employee inquiries, maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

Answer employee questions about benefits, policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
Monitor compliance with federal, state and local labour laws.
Collaborate with management to resolve workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

Solid knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
Prior experience in an HR support or similar role.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Required skills

Experience with HR information systems or databases (preferred).
