Deputy Manager HR Operations

About the role

The Deputy Manager HR Operations will oversee core HR processes at the QIL Hattar Plant, ensuring accurate payroll, statutory compliance, and effective employee communications. The role blends HR administration with deep knowledge of Pakistan labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end monthly payroll processing and management of SAP HCM modules.
• Coordination of performance appraisal cycles and preparation of salary revision documentation.
• Handling labour‑court matters, domestic inquiries, and disciplinary proceedings.
• Management of monthly EOBI and PESSI contributions, challan submissions, and employee registrations.
• Administration of group insurance enrollment, medical claims processing, and policy renewals.
• Drafting and issuing internal HR communications such as office orders, circulars, and announcements.

Required profile

• MBA or BBA with specialization in Human Resources.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with statutory compliance and employee relations matters.
