Human Resources Specialist

About the role

HtSol Inc. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support its growing technology team in Lahore. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance‑management activities.
• Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and other HR operational tasks.
• Collaborate with department heads to meet hiring needs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Head of HR on strategic and operational matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational digital‑marketing agency or software house.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance of Johar Town, Lahore.
