Manager Administration, IR & Security

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Administration, Industrial Relations and Security at our Karachi factory and warehouses. The role combines oversight of employee services, compliance, and asset protection to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration, industrial relations, security and employee services for the factory and warehouses.
• Maintain discipline, access control, and protection of company assets.
• Manage manpower administration, welfare, transportation, mess and related facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with Labour Department, EOBI, Social Security, Police and other government authorities.
• Oversee factory maintenance, housekeeping, safety, firefighting and emergency preparedness.
• Monitor movement and control of raw materials, finished goods, scrap and other assets.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Manage administrative contracts and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Support factory management in maintaining operational discipline and a secure working environment.

Required profile

• Retired Armed Forces officer, preferably Major or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of factory administration, labour matters, security, facilities and government compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with administrative or ERP systems.
