Import Export Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Import Export Logistics Operations Manager to join our Lahore office. You will be responsible for overseeing all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing shipment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise import and export operations in line with company policies and customs rules.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers to guarantee smooth transportation of goods.
• Monitor shipments from origin to destination, proactively resolving any logistical issues.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Manage container handling, including loading, unloading, and storage practices.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearance, and inventory for reporting and audit purposes.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met throughout logistics operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in import/export logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently without managing a team.
