International Calling Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated International Calling Agent to join our night‑shift team in Lahore. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to prospects in the USA and Canada, generating leads and supporting the international sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and potential clients professionally.
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on leads through cold‑calling and nurturing.
• Introduce company home‑textile products and services to prospects.
• Schedule appointments and sales meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects until conversion.
• Record all interactions, customer information and outcomes in the CRM.
• Send product information, quotations, catalogs and promotional material as required.
• Coordinate with Sales and Merchandising teams regarding customer requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Handle objections professionally and aim to convert opportunities into sales.
• Prepare daily calling and lead‑generation reports.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and conversation skills.
• Confident telephone personality with strong persuasion abilities.
• 1–3 years experience in call centre, telesales, telemarketing or lead generation.
• Experience dealing with USA/Canada customers is preferred.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) Monday‑Friday, Saturday half‑day.
