Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller)

About the role

AAA Digital is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller) for its onsite team in Model Town, Lahore. The position is full‑time, night‑shift (Monday‑Friday, 6 PM–3 AM) with a base salary of PKR 90,000–100,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US carriers and owner‑operators.
• Explain truck dispatch services clearly and identify customer needs.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections and schedule follow‑up conversations.
• Record call notes, lead details and follow‑up activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams to advance qualified opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication and consistent follow‑through.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound cold‑calling, telesales or SDR experience.
• Strong spoken and written English with clear telephone communication.
• Confidence in handling objections, qualifying leads and consistent follow‑up.
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM records and meet sales activity targets.
• Preferred experience in US trucking or dispatch‑services sales.
• Availability to work onsite in Model Town, Lahore during the night shift.
