International Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

About the role

Recruit Ai is seeking a motivated International Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its remote sales team. The role focuses on engaging inbound and outbound international prospects, qualifying leads and supporting campaign objectives during a night‑shift schedule (7 PM – 4 AM Pakistan Time).

Key responsibilities

• Contact international prospects via phone, email and messaging to initiate and qualify leads.
• Conduct professional sales calls and follow‑up communications throughout the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
• Document and report lead details to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve campaign targets and KPIs.
• Provide timely follow‑ups and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
• Deliver excellent customer service that enhances the company’s brand.

Required profile

• Strong international sales experience with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently during night‑shift hours (7 PM – 4 AM Pakistan Time).
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to meet demanding KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems – Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
