Assistant Sales Manager (Generator Division)

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in driving sales of generator solutions across corporate, commercial and industrial segments. The role focuses on expanding market presence, achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships within the C&I market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate visits and industry events.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for generator solutions in C&I markets.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to industrial and commercial clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations aligned with customer requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer insights to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the after‑sales/service division to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably an engineering background combined with business knowledge.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales or business development of generator solutions or related power products, focusing on C&I segments.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to market changes.

Required skills

• In‑depth market knowledge of generator and power solutions for corporate, commercial and industrial customers.
• Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, quotations and client presentations.
• Ability to monitor competitor activity and translate market trends into actionable sales strategies.
