About the role
The Vertical is a Lahore-based real estate company focused on high-rise corporate and retail spaces. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Investment Advisor who advises clients on investment opportunities related to commercial and retail real estate, helping them align their financial objectives with The Vertical's offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and market analysis
- Develop investment strategies
- Prepare presentations and proposals
- Recommend suitable financial and property solutions
- Meet clients in person and respond to their inquiries
- Provide ongoing portfolio reviews
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and finance to ensure seamless client service
