IT HR Manager – Technical Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

ZEALS TECH is seeking an experienced IT HR Manager to lead end‑to‑end human‑resource operations within its fast‑moving IT services environment in Karachi. The role focuses on technical recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination and compliance across consulting, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity and digital marketing domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – job posting, screening, interviewing, offer rollout and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll processing to ensure timely, compliant salary payments.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles and support continuous employee development.
• Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary actions professionally.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and deliver training and professional development programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage off‑boarding processes.
• Understand technical job requirements and source niche IT talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork and industry‑specific communities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager handling full‑cycle recruitment, employee relations and payroll in an IT services setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor law compliance, performance management and employee engagement.
• Ability to work independently across multiple HR functions in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.
• Clear understanding of both technical and non‑technical roles to effectively source and screen specialized talent.
