Junior Creative Designer

About the role

Free Mind Marketing is looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join its fast‑paced agency team. This hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration in Islamabad with remote work, allowing you to contribute to a variety of digital and print projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, reels, and video edits that align with client objectives.
• Create branding materials and visual assets for social media, websites, and print.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Support web design projects, focusing on UI/UX principles and visual storytelling.
• Develop mood boards and concept sketches to inspire creative direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
