About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to produce engaging visual content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into high‑impact motion graphics, animations, and edited videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics and animations that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized for various social media platforms.
• Create UI/UX‑based animations to enhance user interaction on websites or apps when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign needs and deliver visual assets on time.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and apply insights to video content.
• Incorporate 3D modeling and animation to enrich storytelling.
• Maintain consistency in color grading, audio sync, and overall quality across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
• Strong independent work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current visual trends.
