Junior Data Scientist – Fully Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

TensorOps is an applied‑machine‑learning studio looking for an enthusiastic Junior Data Scientist to join its fully remote team in Pakistan. You will support cutting‑edge AI projects, analysing model performance and translating technical results into business insights. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with large language models and production‑grade AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance data from AI models to measure effectiveness, identify trends and understand user behaviour.
• Research and evaluate new AI/ML approaches, summarising capabilities and potential business applications.
• Translate technical model details into clear business recommendations for clients.
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support project discovery by analysing client data and spotting AI opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data querying.
• Natural curiosity for technology and eagerness to learn machine‑learning, LLMs and Generative AI.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain analytical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
