Junior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Junior SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You will support the planning and execution of SEO strategies aimed at improving website visibility and performance across diverse brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover ranking opportunities.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, images and internal linking.
• Perform competitor and market analysis to inform campaigns.
• Monitor traffic, keyword rankings and overall SEO performance using analytics tools.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors and page‑speed problems.
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to apply SEO recommendations.
• Support backlink building and outreach initiatives.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and present performance insights.
• Stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of SEO concepts, ranking factors and search engine behavior.
• Familiarity with keyword research and on‑page optimization techniques.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field (preferred).
• Internship or academic project experience in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
