SEO Specialist – Lead Organic Growth

About the role

Qureos is seeking an SEO Specialist to own and scale its organic growth engine. As the SEO lead, you will build the strategy, execution, and measurement framework from the ground up, turning SEO into a compounding growth channel for our AI‑powered recruitment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end SEO roadmap, including technical health, content strategy, and programmatic initiatives.
• Conduct continuous technical audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data) using tools such as Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
• Identify, design, and launch programmatic SEO pages and scalable landing‑page templates.
• Build automation and monitoring systems for rank tracking, content gaps, internal linking, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align SEO with traffic, revenue, and marketplace liquidity goals.
• Run experiments, track performance with Mixpanel and PostHog, and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Comfort operating independently with limited resources and a bias toward rapid testing and iteration.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
