Junior Speech-Language Pathologist (Remote)

About the role

Riphah International University is seeking a motivated Junior Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote assessment and therapeutic services. The role focuses on direct client care, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting communication development for clients with speech and language disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools and techniques for clients with severe communication challenges.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain detailed records of interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide counseling and guidance to clients and families to reinforce communication strategies at home.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional experience in speech‑language pathology.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a closely related field.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.
