Key Account Manager - Sales

About the role

Arwen Tech is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and nurture long‑term relationships with its major clients in Islamabad. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring customer needs are met while expanding business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Understand customer requirements deeply and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain and grow business in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding yearly targets.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements in line with company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Train customers and their teams on Arwen’s product line, marketing, and advertising programs.
• Lead bid management, submit proposals, and support sales promotion activities.
• Resolve product issues promptly and coordinate with Accounts Receivable on credit matters.
• Participate in opportunity‑mapping sessions, vendor meetings, and GNG product selection.
• Update CRM records and prepare weekly reports and quarterly reviews for senior management.

• Deep industry knowledge with a motivated, structured, and organized approach.
• Reliable, responsible, and driven to exceed sales plans.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Arwen’s portfolio of solutions and products.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
