About the role

The College of Clinical Psychology at Ziauddin University seeks a dedicated Lecturer to join its faculty. This full‑time position involves delivering both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community through research and service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses using evidence‑based, student‑centred teaching methods.
• Participate in examinations, including invigilation, paper setting, moderation, and result compilation.
• Supervise undergraduate research projects and assist with psychological assessments, clinical training, skills labs, and practicum activities.
• Mentor students on academic progress and professional development.
• Attend departmental meetings, academic committees, and mental‑health awareness campaigns.
• Participate in faculty development programmes, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Perform other academic and administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• MS or MPhil in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from an HEC‑recognised institution.
• No prior experience required; one year of teaching experience is preferred.
• Relevant teaching, clinical, or research experience is an advantage.
