About the role
Rosans Islamic School is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Urdu Teacher to join its faculty in Gulberg 2, Lahore. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Urdu language lessons that integrate modern teaching methods with the school’s Islamic values.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Urdu lessons covering reading, writing, grammar, and literature.
- Prepare lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to students and guardians.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, support co‑curricular activities, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Urdu teacher or language instructor.
- Strong command of spoken and written Urdu, with familiarity of Urdu literature and grammar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Urdu, or a related field; teaching certification is an advantage.
- Ability to use basic educational technology and apply contemporary teaching methods while integrating Islamic values.
