Legal Manager / Legal Consultant

About the role

The Legal Manager / Legal Consultant will independently manage and advise on all legal matters for Telenor Shared Services Pakistan. This on‑site role serves as the primary legal point of contact, ensuring compliance with Pakistani law, regulatory requirements, and Group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory and compliance support on corporate, employment, commercial and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs and legal notices, incorporating risk‑mitigation clauses.
• Handle internal and external legal communications, liaise with external counsel, regulators and authorities, and support litigation and dispute resolution.
• Support internal and external audits by supplying legal inputs, identifying risks and maintaining proper legal records and trackers.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, Procurement and business teams, ensuring physical availability in the office as required.

Required profile

• Hands‑on legal expertise with strong business partnering abilities.
• Ability to deliver timely, practical and compliant legal advice.
• Willingness to work on‑site and act as the main legal contact for the organization.

Required skills

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documents.

• Conducting legal risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.
