Logistics Coordinator

About the role

ShipIn is looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee global hardware logistics and inventory operations that support vessel deployments. You will ensure the right equipment is available, shipped on time, and delivered smoothly to vessels worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning and reorder levels across global warehouses (USA and Singapore) to match deployment forecasts and lead times.
• Generate purchase orders, handle ad‑hoc procurement requests, and validate supplier and logistics invoices.
• Manage the full shipment lifecycle of hardware kits and spare parts, preparing accurate commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Track shipments, provide proactive status updates, and maintain internal tracking in tools such as Monday.com.
• Act as the primary liaison between Operations, external warehouses, freight forwarders, and vessel agents, resolving delays and documentation errors.
• Adjust logistics plans quickly in response to changing vessel schedules and deliver weekly inventory reports.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Excellent follow‑up and coordination skills in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
• Ownership of day‑to‑day issue resolution with escalation when needed.
