Logistics Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis for a global technology leader. The role focuses on overseeing end‑to‑end logistics operations, optimizing supply‑chain processes, and delivering data‑driven improvements across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply‑chain activities with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including supplier disruptions and logistical bottlenecks.
• Leverage data analytics tools to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply‑chain planning, or related fields.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets and drive decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder liaison.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards.
