Manager - Online & Distance Learning

About the role

Superior University Official is looking for a Manager - Online & Distance Learning to oversee the planning, execution and continuous improvement of its online and distance education programs. The role is full-time and based on site in Sargodha.

Key responsibilities

• Manage virtual classrooms and learning platforms
• Coordinate with faculty to design and deliver high-quality online courses
• Ensure a smooth experience for learners from enrollment through completion
• Monitor course performance and analyze learner engagement and outcomes
• Implement data-driven improvements to online programs
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams and resolve learner issues
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills to support learners and work with faculty and staff
• E-commerce and sales skills to promote programs and support enrollment growth
• Web analytics skills to evaluate program performance and guide improvements
• Experience managing online or distance education programs, LMS or digital learning tools is highly beneficial
• Organizational, project management and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple initiatives
• Ability to work on site in Sargodha in a team-based academic environment and adapt to evolving educational technologies
• Relevant academic background in Education, Business, Management or a related field; prior experience in higher education or online learning is an advantage
