Marketing Manager

About the role

Rail Pass is seeking its first Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing function for its AI‑based ticketing solutions across Pakistan’s railway network. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and passenger engagement nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Rail Pass’s overall marketing strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate external agencies and vendors for social media, content, performance marketing, PR, outdoor advertising, station branding, and offline campaigns.
• Manage and monitor campaigns, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across more than 90 railway stations.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, events, roadshows, flyers, banners, and other activations.
• Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the Directors.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of solid marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, campaigns, and budgets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and project‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and manage on‑site activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
