TikTok Shop Account Manager

About the role

This full‑time position manages live TikTok Shop accounts for a US‑market client portfolio, focusing on hands‑on execution within the Seller Center.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for assigned TikTok Shop client accounts, including listings, catalog health, promotions, and Seller Center.
• Set up and optimise GMV Max campaigns, handling target ROI, delivery, budget pacing and issue diagnosis.
• Run affiliate and creator marketplace strategy, covering creator recruitment, collaboration campaigns and commission structuring.
• Monitor account health metrics such as SPS, IMDR and AHT, intervening before issues affect account standing.
• Reconcile GMV Max advertising spend.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on TikTok Shop account management experience.
• Fluent, specific knowledge of GMV Max, Seller Center operations and the affiliate/creator marketplace.
• Hands‑on experience with Kalodata, EchoTik and FastMoss.
• Current knowledge of the TikTok Shop platform, its interface and terminology.
• Strong written and spoken English for direct US client communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Multan from 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
