Mechanical Engineer - Automotive (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer specialized in automotive systems to join our client on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical components for next‑generation vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations.
• Develop and test prototypes to validate design performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose solutions to improve product functionality.

Required profile

• Knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• SolidWorks or AutoCAD (CAD software).
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
• Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools.
