Mechanical Service Engineer – Islamabad

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the performance of industrial equipment, supporting customers after sales, and driving market development for spare parts and out‑of‑warranty services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support for equipment maintenance, routine inspections, and technical training to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Drive after‑sales market development by increasing spare‑parts sales and servicing out‑of‑warranty equipment.
• Enhance the company’s service brand by fostering strong customer relationships and offering product‑improvement recommendations.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, manage the repair process efficiently, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong hands‑on ability in fault diagnosis with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Highly efficient with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
