Media Buyer (Meta) – Remote Full‑time

About the role

We are a leading digital marketing agency looking for a remote Media Buyer focused on Meta platforms. This full‑time position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of hands‑on paid media experience who want to deepen their expertise in eCommerce and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and other traffic sources.
• Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven optimization decisions.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, LTV and CAC.
• Prepare actionable reports using Google Sheets, Whatagraph, GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Provide creative recommendations and brief designers, video editors and content creators.
• Support tracking setup and QA using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTMs and conversion events.
• Communicate updates with internal teams and clients via Slack, email or Zoom.
• Follow internal SOPs, checklists and stay current with paid‑media trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads.
• 1–3 years total paid‑media experience, preferably in eCommerce, DTC or direct‑response.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify performance improvement opportunities.
