MEP Designer – Architectural Projects (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Designer to create mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for architectural projects targeting the U.S. market. The role requires strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients, and excellent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop MEP designs and construction documents for commercial and residential projects.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural drawings.
• Create and modify detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Ensure designs comply with U.S. building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review project specifications and provide technical support throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate design updates effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience on U.S.-based MEP projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM coordination.
• Thorough understanding of U.S. building codes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
