Architectural Drafter – Visual Design

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our Visual Design team in Karachi, translating design concepts into accurate construction‑ready drawings for retail store projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce architectural and interior CAD drawings for construction projects.
• Update drawings based on changes from architects and project managers.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to incorporate design requirements.
• Liaise with the construction team to resolve technical and drawing issues.
• Ensure layouts comply with local building authority regulations and integrate BOQ details.
• Conduct site surveys and verify as‑built drawings.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence to work autonomously.
• Curiosity about design and an innovative approach to problem‑solving.
• Solid understanding of materials and their application.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Familiarity with SketchUp and Revit (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (preferred).
