MTO – Software Development Trainee (Zoho & HubSpot)

About the role

This position is an entry‑level software development trainee role focused on the Zoho and HubSpot ecosystems. You will work under senior developers and consultants to build, customize, and maintain CRM, automation, and analytics solutions for business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and work on Zoho and HubSpot platforms, including CRM, automation, analytics, and business applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, consultants, and cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and assist in implementing software solutions.
• Develop, customize, test, and maintain applications, automations, and integrations using Deluge, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in workflows, automations, integrations, and custom applications.
• Support API integrations, third‑party applications, database operations, and system connectivity across platforms.
• Contribute to frontend and backend development tasks, including UI enhancements and data management.
• Take part in software testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and quality‑assurance processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, progress updates, and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field (final‑semester students may apply).
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in software development, internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, object‑oriented programming, and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools in a fast‑paced setting.
