Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our enterprise network infrastructure. The role ensures secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity across data centers, office locations, and remote environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures.
• Configure and manage routing, switching, and network security devices.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot latency and connectivity issues.
• Support firewall configurations, VPNs and secure remote-access solutions.
• Implement network upgrades, patches and configuration changes with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and system teams for integrated solutions.
• Ensure network availability, redundancy and disaster-recovery readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of topology, configurations and procedures.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Provide on-call support for critical network issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• CCNP certification required; CCIE is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure in production environments.

Required skills

• Routing and switching protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
• Network security devices, firewalls, IDS/IPS and VPN technologies.
• SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
• Network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
• ITIL change-management processes.
• Virtualization and datacenter networking concepts.
