About the role
The Operations Manager will lead daily business, administrative and operational activities at our Lahore facility. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures smooth coordination between staff, suppliers, customers and technical teams while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily office and business operations, including staff attendance and performance.
- Manage inventory, stock movement and coordinate purchases and deliveries.
- Prepare invoices, billing and operational reports.
- Maintain business documentation and ensure compliance.
- Oversee logistics, vendor and supplier relationships.
- Identify process improvements and establish efficient workflows.
Required profile
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to monitor performance, resolve day‑to‑day operational issues and support planning.
- Focus on efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement.
