Operations Officer – Retail Health & Benefits (Remote)

About the role

The Operations Officer will support EFU Life Assurance Ltd.'s Retail Health unit by managing both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and readily accessible. Working remotely, the officer will help maintain compliance and streamline the processing of health‑benefits documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming and outgoing documentation to guarantee adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain, update, and organize physical and digital filing systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist the management team with daily operational tasks, including high‑speed data entry and coordination of project timelines.
• Track project deadlines, ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate smooth communication for retail health and corporate benefits operations.
• Utilize healthcare data analytics to support decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage content within digital filing and content‑management systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
