Order Management Specialist, Operations

About the role

The Order Management Specialist will ensure seamless execution of order management processes, supporting the operations department with complex quotes, order forms, and end‑to‑end deal processing. The role coordinates across departments to drive operational efficiency and timely, accurate sales order completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Salesforce Quote‑to‑Cash cycle, including quote creation, order cancellation, renewals, and contract buyout quotes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the Q2C process and provide guidance on complex deal structures.
• Handle account audits, mergers, and vendor finance deals while liaising with other departments to resolve cases.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Management, preferably Finance or Accounts.
• 2+ years of professional experience with strong business communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
