Outbound Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic outbound appointment setter to join our remote sales team. In this cold‑calling position you will engage Australian business owners and decision‑makers, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using an automated dialer.
• Engage business owners, mortgage brokers, real‑estate directors and other decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects with our proven framework and handle objections professionally.
• Book qualified appointments into senior consultants' calendars.
• Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets, including 6 qualified appointments per day.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of outbound cold‑calling experience (B2B sales, lead generation, insurance, telecom, MCA, or high‑ticket appointment setting).
• Excellent spoken English with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑disciplined, coachable, and comfortable with high‑rejection environments.
• Ability to work independently from a home office on an AEST shift (4 am‑12 pm Pakistan time).

• Proficiency with a CRM system for tracking calls and appointments.
• Experience using an automated dialer platform.
