Outbound Call Center Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for energetic outbound call center agents to join our night‑shift team in Lahore. The role focuses on contacting prospective and existing customers, presenting our products and services, and generating sales or qualified leads. Candidates must be comfortable working from 6:45 PM to 5:00 AM and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers during night shift hours.
• Present products or services, generate sales or qualified leads, and close deals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle objections professionally and adapt scripts to customer responses.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record call details and customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound calling or sales (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work night shift (6:45 PM – 5:00 AM) and meet performance targets.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM tools.
• Intermediate or undergraduate education level.
