BPO Trainer – US Voice Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a proactive BPO Trainer with at least two years of experience delivering training for US‑based voice campaigns. You will design and deliver modules that boost agent performance, improve CSAT scores and streamline onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product, sales and compliance training sessions.
• Conduct mock calls, performance coaching and QA training.
• Create and update training materials tailored to Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, DME and other US voice campaigns.
• Monitor agent progress and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years as a trainer or 3 + years as a top‑performing agent transitioning to training.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Final Expense, ACA, DME and other US voice campaign topics.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities.
