Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Plush Natural, an organic skin and hair care brand in Pakistan, is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. The manager plans, runs and optimises digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue, working with the brand, content and e-commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid channels such as social media ads, search ads and display campaigns
• Track performance metrics and analyse data to improve ROI
• Collaborate with brand, content and e-commerce teams to align messaging, landing pages and promotions with campaign goals
• Handle budgeting, A/B testing and audience segmentation
• Stay up to date with industry trends and platform best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in beauty, wellness or consumer brands and an interest in natural and organic products is advantageous
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

• Strong performance marketing skills, including paid social, search engine marketing and display advertising
• Analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and optimise campaigns
